Sitting in the waiting room at Georgetown. Out in the lobby there's a Christmas party for the kids on the cancer ward. You tell me the last time you saw something this poignent. They just finish Rudolph and they're waiting now for Santa.

  1. Poignant is right. Consider me touched - heck, I'm not even ashamed to admit that it brings a tear to my eye (and more importantly the periodically necessary rekindling of hope to my heart).

Speaking of hope, I hope your results continue to move in the positive direction. I hope we get to the point that your blog can morph into a "I kicked CCL's a$$ and so can you" for those out there following your journey that may benefit greatly from your spirit and humor as they attempt to overcome a similar diagnosis.

    Merry Christmas, Tim.
